KETO DUMPLING SMASH TACOS

Ingredients

Dumpling Filling:

  • 250g ground chicken (or beef)
  • 1 tbsp low-carb soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Keto Taco Shell:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings:

  • Shredded cabbage
  • Julienned cucumber
  • Keto mayo or garlic sauce
  • Chili flakes
  • Sesame seeds

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare Filling
    Mix ground chicken with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Smash Cook 🔥
    Heat a pan with a little oil. Add small portions and press them flat (like smashed dumplings).
  3. Cook Until Crispy
    Cook both sides until golden brown and juicy.
  4. Make Cheese Shell 🧀
    • Spread mozzarella in a circle on a pan
    • Let it melt and turn crispy
    • Fold into taco shape while warm
  5. Assemble 🌮
    Add dumpling filling into the cheese shell, then add toppings and sauce.
  6. Finish
    Sprinkle chili flakes and sesame seeds.
