Keto Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (flattened)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prep Chicken
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder & Italian seasoning.
  2. Coating Ready
    In one bowl: beat egg
    In another: mix almond flour + parmesan
  3. Coat Chicken
    Dip chicken in egg, then coat with almond flour mixture.
  4. Cook (Pan Fry)
    Heat oil in pan, cook chicken 4–5 mins each side until golden & crispy.
  5. Add Sauce
    Pour marinara sauce over cooked chicken.
  6. Cheese Time 😍
    Add mozzarella on top.
  7. Melt It
    Cover pan OR bake for 5–7 mins until cheese melts.
