- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

- Prep Chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder & Italian seasoning. - Coating Ready
In one bowl: beat egg
In another: mix almond flour + parmesan - Coat Chicken
Dip chicken in egg, then coat with almond flour mixture. - Cook (Pan Fry)
Heat oil in pan, cook chicken 4–5 mins each side until golden & crispy. - Add Sauce
Pour marinara sauce over cooked chicken. - Cheese Time 😍
Add mozzarella on top. - Melt It
Cover pan OR bake for 5–7 mins until cheese melts.
