🍰 Church Cake
🧾 Ingredients
Cake Layer:
- 2 boxes Jiffy banana muffin mix (7 oz each)
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup milk
Topping:
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz), drained
- 1 pack cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (6 oz)
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 tub whipped topping (16 oz), thawed
👩🍳 Instructions
Bake Cake:
Oven ko 350°F (175°C) par preheat karo. 9×13 inch tray grease karo.
Banana muffin mix, eggs aur milk ko mix karo aur tray mein daal do.
25–30 minutes bake karo jab tak golden na ho jaye. Thanda hone do.
Cream Layer:
Cream cheese ko smooth hone tak beat karo.
Alag bowl mein pudding mix aur cold milk ko whisk karo jab tak thick na ho jaye.
Phir dono ko mila kar smooth cream bana lo.
Assemble:
Thande cake par crushed pineapple spread karo.
Upar cream layer lagao.
Akhir mein whipped topping spread karo.
Chill:
1–2 hours fridge mein rakho (ya overnight best).
Phir cut karke serve karo.
