- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
- 2 tbsp chicken broth

- Season Chicken
Mix chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. - Sear the Chicken
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until golden (5β7 mins). Remove and set aside. - Make Cowboy Butter Sauce
In the same pan, melt remaining butter.
Add garlic β cook for 30 seconds.
Stir in mustard, lemon juice, zest, broth, chili flakes, and hot sauce. - Combine Everything
Return chicken to skillet. Toss well in sauce. - Finish with Herbs
Add parsley and thyme. Cook 1β2 more minutes.
