Instructions

Cover the dough and let it rise for 4–6 hours or until doubled in size.


Step 2: Prepare the Filling

In a small bowl, mix soft butter, garlic, and parsley together.

This garlic butter mixture gives the bread its rich bakery-style flavor.


Step 3: Roll and Fill

Roll the dough into a large rectangle.

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.

Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape.

Slice into equal rolls using a knife or thread.

Place the swirls into a greased baking tray.


Step 4: Second Rise
