  • 3Β½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • Β½ cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon milk

Step 1: Activate the Yeast

Step 3: Knead the Dough

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. The dough should feel soft but not sticky.
