Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower (riced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Rice the Cauliflower
    Grate or blend cauliflower into rice texture.
  2. Cook & Dry
    Microwave for 5–6 mins OR steam it.
    Then squeeze out ALL water using a cloth (very important 🔥).
  3. Make Dough
    Mix cauliflower + egg + mozzarella + parmesan + spices.
  4. Shape the Crust
    Spread on baking tray (thin & round like pizza base).
  5. Bake First Time
    Bake at 200°C for 15–20 mins until golden.
  6. Add Toppings
    Add sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
  7. Final Bake
    Bake again for 5–10 mins until cheese melts.
